In October, I made my way up to NYC to flex my attorney skills and host one of the breakout workshops at The Creative Collective NYC’s CULTURECON. Along with fellow attorney Desiree Talley of Talley Law Group, I spoke on the legal basics and protections every creative should know. I don’t bust out “Kent, Esq.” as much these days, but it’s always fun when I do. Now, before I take my lawyer hat off, take this advice:
#CULTURECON is a force to be reckoned with, and you absolutely want to be in the building to see what they bring in 2019. This was one of the best conferences I’ve attended, and I was incredibly glad to be a part of history. Don’t miss out next year.
